Quality being our prima
facie, we observe strict lines to ensure quality of each and
every thing that is related to our product, be it the raw
material or packaging, laxity is checked for in the following
stages:
- Raw Materials
- Processing
- Finished Product
- Packaging
Grapes, which are not only the
raw material but also
the significant source of the finished product in the form of
juice, are individually checked for their juice and pulp
content, skin texture and healthy state, by machines set on
certain parameters. If grapes are procured from outside they are
meticulously checked for any kind of chemical fertilizer content
to eliminate every iota of health hazard for the end customers.
The
processing of raw materials involves
thorough washing of grapes, peeling of grape skin (for white
wine) and adding of preservatives that are mixed in appropriate
proportions so as not to forfeit the taste of the wine.
Fermentation is performed with absolute care because this
process determines the level and intensity of aroma, flavours ,
bouquet & the alcohol content in the wine. The complete
process is slow & a low temperature process & is carried
out under thorough hygienic atmospheric conditions and equipment
imported from Italy-one of the largest wine producing countries
in the world.
Testing and checking of the
finished product is
conducted with regard to flavour, aroma, complexity, taste and
purity of the wine obtained after processing from experts having
relative experience in the wine industry.
Packaging of the wines is done under intense inspection
to install seals so that it ensures no loss in the flavor during
long years of preservation making vintage wine to relish upon.
